Managing Your Subscription

Upgrading to Pro

1. Navigate to Billing in the Bot It sidebar
2. Click Subscribe to Pro
3. You’ll be redirected to Shopify’s confirmation page
4. Approve the subscription
5. Pro features activate immediately

Your 30-day free trial starts when you subscribe. You won’t be charged until the trial ends.

Downgrading to Free

1. Navigate to Billing in the Bot It sidebar
2. Click Cancel Subscription
3. Your plan switches to Free immediately
4. Pro features (MCP proxy, analytics, reviews) are disabled right away
5. Your discovery files, brand voice, and narratives remain intact

Caution

Downgrading is immediate. You will lose access to Pro features as soon as you cancel, not at the end of a billing cycle.

Billing Through Shopify

All Bot It billing is handled through Shopify’s app billing system. Charges appear on your regular Shopify invoice. You don’t need to provide a separate credit card or set up any additional payment method.
