Knowledge Base Sync
Knowledge Base Sync pushes your brand context and narratives from Bot It to Shopify metafields. This makes your enrichment data available to Shopify’s native Agentic Storefront, theme extensions, and any other app that reads metafields.

How to Sync
Section titled “How to Sync”- Navigate to Knowledge Base in the Bot It sidebar
- Click Sync Now
- Bot It batches metafield mutations to the Shopify GraphQL API (up to 25 per call)
- Sync status and counts are displayed when complete
When to Sync
Section titled “When to Sync”Sync after you:
- Update your brand voice configuration
- Add or edit product/collection narratives
- Want Shopify’s native tools to have access to your enrichment data
